The upcoming workshop series is designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners looking to deepen and refine their understanding of the elements of a Vinyasa yoga practice. The workshops can be attended individually or all together at a reduced price.

Breaking Down The Vinyasa

September 22 at 15-17

In this workshop, we will break down the breath, poses and transitions of the vinyasa sequence (downward facing dog, plank, chaturanga, upward facing dog). The workshop will teach you correct alignment and suitable modifications in each asana (pose) as well as during transitions. This will help you flow with more ease, grace, strength and safety in your yoga practice.


Discover Your Inner Warrior

October 27 at 15.00-17.00

Join me in this workshop to explore the warrior poses and their variations. You will learn about theory, alignment and modifications. Following the breakdown of individual poses, I will guide you through an energetic warrior flow linking the poses together to explore transitions. You will leave this workshop feeling grounded and strong – like a true warrior!


Bend Your Back - Open Your Heart

November 24 at 15.00-17.00

Backbends can be challenging, both physically and mentally. However, they have amazing benefits. Through backbends we can create space in the spine, boost our energy levels, and release stress. We will focus on lengthening the spine and opening the chest and shoulders, while strengthening and decompressing the lower back. This workshop aims at building a solid foundation to keep you safe and strong in backbends.
